The Course lasts for 6 - 12 months and is dependent on the learner, you can train at one of our centres local to the Birmingham area, if you already work in a customer service role and want to improve customer service strategies across your team, then this is the ideal course, you can progress to level 4 also on completion.

- Demonstrate understanding of customer service management
- Follow organisational rules, legislation and external regulations when managing customer service

There will be constant assessment through this course, with a course briefing and also tutorials as well as work based observations, when this element is not possible, then work based scenarios may be set.
